Looking for someone with no pets to caretake our home, must be neat, have gardening skills, great references, and be employed or retired. Interviews required. Will require a $1,500 utility deposit and also first, last months rent and security deposit. Prefer one person or committed couple. For this reduced rent, we request that you do not have guests. Enjoy the gated communty, pool and the wonderful common land trails along Oak Creek this summer.
