Oak Creek Valley Rental--Great for an Artist in Beautiful Oak Creek Valley

I have added a few exterior shots to the bottom of this post....  If you want a specific shot, please contact me at  Interior shots available after mutual interest established.  No junk mail please, just communications from honest home caretakers.

We have decided to stay and renovate the carport into a spacious studio/garage in Fall 2014 so our home is for rent during the period April 17th to October 17th, 2014.  It is very close to Sedona and renovated(2010) and affordable.  The Oak Creek Valley community has lots of common land with amenities like a community pool and hiking trails along Oak Creek and Spring Creek!  Contact me for information, showings, and any other questions. This is a gated community so please contact us by email if interested.  Do not drop by as you will find a locked gate!

The rental gives you use of a furnished house including 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, carport, ktichen, den area, and living area.  For $700 per month, you get all utilities also including cable internet, electricity, sewage, water, garbage, and propane.  These cost us at least $250 per month, so the house rental is actually only $450 which is an incredible deal if you value your privacy and do not wish to have roommates.  We prefer one person, but will consider a committed couple.  We ask that you maintain the landscaping as part of the agreement.

The post below has some information about the community facilities in Oak Creek Valley.  We are surrounded by public lands(State Trust and National Forest) in Oak Creek Valley and there are only a few more than 150 homes here.  The Community is convenient to Cottonwood or Sedona or anywhere in the Verde Valley.
