The Oak Creek Valley community has lots of common land with amenities like a community pool and hiking trails along Oak Creek and Spring Creek! We are surrounded by public lands(State Trust and National Forest) in Oak Creek Valley and there are only a few more than 150 homes here. The Community is convenient to Cottonwood or Sedona or anywhere in the Verde Valley.
The house works well for an artist as the 3rd bedroom has it's own entrance to the mudroom off the carport so clients and the artist can enter directly from the outside. Bathroom is directly next door to the studio space and there is a generous storage area for tools, framing equipment, and shipping supplies.
